Chaitali is a highly reputable social impact, finance, and fintech executive. She founded Evergood, an ESG and sustainability strategy advisory firm, in 2017 to help investors and companies design sustainability strategies and frameworks. She is also the founder and CEO of the National Institute for Sustainability and Innovation, a public-private partnership think-tank based in Washington, DC.
She spent several years in the FinTech sector as a Go-To-Market strategy expert; she led the B2B finance arm of Fundation Group, a New York-based financial technology firm as head of Catalyst Solutions. During her banking tenure, she held various senior executive positions at major national financial institutions, including Bank of Hawaii, Zions Bancorp, PNC Bank, and HSBC Holdings. Her fifteen-plus years in the sector included extensive experience with business strategy, product management, bank operations, channel management, and financial reporting. She also served as a Chief External Affairs Officer overseeing revenue development and external public and private sector relations functions at one of the nation’s largest military family advocacy organizations based in Washington DC. Chaitali is currently serving as Chief Impact Officer at 100 Women in Finance, a global association of women executives in asset management with 32 locations worldwide.
Chaitali holds a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas, an executive certificate in Financial Planning from Georgetown University, and an MBA from the University of Utah’s Eccles School of Business.
As an ESG and impact investing entrepreneur and investor actively engaged in the academic community, she speaks and shares knowledge on gender equity in the business, social impact investing, ESG metrics, and impact measurement best practices. She serves on the boards of commercial and social impact organizations, including STEM for Her, a nonprofit with the mission to advance women in STEM careers, and University Impact, a donor-advised fund based in Provo, Utah. She is based in the Washington, DC area.

Aiyaz Husain is Head of Research at Evergood. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, he was a historian working on internal research studies at the U.S. Department of State’s Office of the Historian. He also managed foreign military sales and peacekeeper training programs at the Department’s Bureau of Politico-Military Affairs, and interned on the Secretary of State’s Policy Planning Staff.
He earned his MA and PhD degrees from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and his BA in History from Yale. His book Mapping the End of Empire was published in 2014

Dr. Gitanjali B. Baveja is a board certified Ophthalmologist and a Cataract, Cornea and Refractive surgeon at See Clearly Vision in McLean and Arlington, Virginia. She is native to the mid-Atlantic area, born in Pennsylvania, grew up in North Carolina, and attended higher education in Washington, DC, and Charlottesville, VA. Dr. Baveja received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She then earned her medical degree at George Washington University Medical School. She completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of Virginia.
Dr. Baveja is a respected expert in achieving sustainability through healthcare innovation and artificial intelligence. She is a Chief Medical Officer for Zasti, an AI driven decarbonization firm. Dr. Baveja is a board member and Chief Medical Officer for EyeSustain, an organization with the mission to make healthcare delivery and services in ophthalmology more sustainable—both economically and environmentally.

Samantha Burke is Head of Data Analytics at Evergood. Samantha is an experienced data and systems engineer with senior positions with a number of technology and consumer product industries. Recently, she has held senior analytics engineer roles with Alo Yoga, Tinuiti, Decentrix and SSB. Samantha possesses extensive experience in information technology, data analytics, business intelligence and systems engineering.
She earned her MS degree in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University and BS in Business Administration from Colorado State University.

Maria Baker is a humanitarian and environmentalist with extensive experience in impact reporting in the social impact and commercial sector. After receiving a B.S. in environmental science and agriculture at Oregon State University, she began work in digital communications at the United Nations Refugee Programme (UNHCR). In the past, Maria has worked at the US Department of Agriculture Natural Resources and Conservation Service (USDA NRCS) and International Rescue Committee (IRC). A communicator by trade, Maria is interested in relating stories with a people-first model.
